Etcp rigging class full#Rigging installation crew manager will manage both VLS full time installation crew and freelance installation crews daily on job sites.Perform other duties as assigned and directed.Ensure all records are accurately completed and maintained.Perform general maintenance/cleanliness of fleet vehicles (wash, check fluids, tire pressure and remove debris from vehicles, etc.).Assist with loading of fleet vehicles when necessary.Lead efforts in redlining of drawings to ensure areas of concern are noted and submitted in a timely manner.Field questions and answers in a professional manner. Conduct and complete stage demonstrations and training, act as liaison with third party members.Effectively drive process improvements (material handling, operational efficiency, labor hours, goal setting, job completion, etc.).and offer suggestions for repairs, safety inspections, and improvements.
